Bankroll

Poker bankroll management

The balance is not invented. It comes from deposits, withdrawals, transfers and the sessions you saved. You can split bankrolls by room or purpose. PokerView does not compute an optimal bankroll or tell you when to move up.

How to track a poker bankroll in PokerView

Steps to split bankrolls, log movements and, if you want, publish a challenge.

  1. Create a bankroll

Open Bankroll and create at least one. You can attach rooms and keep more than one balance.

  2. Log the movement

Record deposits, withdrawals or transfers. The balance changes with those entries, not with a forecast.

  3. Review the trend

The chart combines those movements with saved sessions. It shows the period. It does not justify the next table.

  4. Publish only if you want

A challenge is opt-in. You choose which fields are visible. If you do not publish it, it does not appear on /challenges.

Bankrolls and movements

You can create more than one bankroll and attach rooms. Allowed movements are deposits, withdrawals and transfers. Each balance is the sum of those entries and the sessions you linked to it.

If a movement is missing, the chart is wrong. The product does not reconcile with the room. You are the source.

Public challenges

A bankroll challenge is a goal you define (amount, window, rules) and, if you want, publish. The /challenges page lists what authors chose to show. There is no imposed ranking and no count of “winners”.

You control what is visible: progress, balance, milestones. Anyone who does not publish does not appear. A private challenge is not indexed.

How to read the balance

A bankroll in the green does not prove the method works. One in the red does not prove you should stop. The number describes what was logged. It does not replace the room ledger or a bankroll plan written outside the product.

Limits of this bankroll

  • The chart uses movements and sessions you saved, not a live room quote.
  • A public challenge is opt-in. Anyone who does not publish does not appear.
  • There is no imposed global ranking and no count of winners.
  • Green or red does not prove the method works or that you should stop.
